Each year, IEEE-USA canvasses U.S. IEEE members to prepare our annual salary and benefits reports, which enable technology professionals to compare their compensation, benefits and job satisfaction to that of their colleagues across the country. Whether you want to benchmark your current position or evaluate new job opportunities, the reports compiled from this annual survey can help you do it. Employers also rely on these reports to help set competitive salary and benefit packages for their employees.
But we can’t do it without your help! Last year, almost 9,000 U.S. IEEE members took part, and we’d like to do even better this year. On 10 March, U.S. IEEE members should have received an email from IEEE-USA with a secure link to complete the online survey. If you didn’t receive the email or can’t locate it, you can still access the survey through IEEE-USA’s Salary Service. Just login and click the survey icon.
Members who participate in the survey will receive 10 complimentary uses of the IEEE-USA Salary Calculator. The survey will remain open through 8 April. Questions about the survey should be directed to salaryservice@ieeeusa.org.
